Job Summary:

- Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring new clients in the staffing industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of exceeding targets? If so, then Reflik is the place for you!

- In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by prospecting and securing new business opportunities for our Managed Services (MSP for Direct Hire) and Direct Hire & Contingent Staffing solutions.

- You'll build strong relationships with Enterprise and Mid-Size clients across the US, focusing on net-new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies with a strong focus on new client acquisition.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful client onboarding.

- Navigate complex sales cycles, influencing and persuading decision-makers at various levels.

- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and clients.

- Represent Reflik at industry events.

Qualifications :

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.

- Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space (RPO, MSP, VMS).

- Minimum 7 years of experience selling Professional Staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering etc. ) to Mid-Market and Enterprise-level clients.

- 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services solutions.

- Extensive network within the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).

- Strong established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering.

- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to build lasting client relationships.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

- Degree required (Master's degree preferred).

- Ability to travel and attend industry conferences (2-3 times per year).

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
