Role : Associate/Sr.Associate/Manager/Sr.Manager - FP&A Pricing

Key Responsibilities :

- This individual contributor role creates commercial propositions that meet customer as well as internal business requirements. The role requires significant functional discipline expertise and Infra services experience and the ability to support deal structuring as well as strategy for large, complex outsourcing proposals and contracts.

- Proactively collect, collate and validate inputs from bid teams and understand and articulate commercial structuring/options during preparation of bid pricing to Account Managers.

- This role understands customer requirements in RFP/RFI and assists bid teams in creating pricing strategy for deals, structures commercial propositions and makes recommendations all along the life cycle of a proposal from qualification through deal closure.

- In support of Business Units and Sales, and in conjunction with Legal, Finance, Solution Architects and the core pursuit team, manage and conduct internal reviews and negotiations of the commercial and financial and commercial terms for transactions from the account qualification phase through customer proposal submission, negotiation and contracting phases.

- In close coordination with Business Units and Legal, ensure that transaction specific risks and the overall risk impact to the wider organization (that may be associated with execution of a particular transaction) are understood and reflected in the business case; support the core team in managing and mitigating such risks.

- Create and consolidate financial templates, customer saving profiles, and customer pricing templates, translate business inputs into Company P&L, provide required financial documentation to support bid team, accompanied by a clear articulation of the proposal and its key issues and risks.

- Support compliance with organisation's processes and policies
