Associate/Sr Associate/Assistant Manager - Transfer Pricing

A brief on the role:

1. Finalization of TP reports, inclusing functional & economic analysis.

2. Work on Litigation assignments, starting from Transfer Pricing Officer level to Tribunal proceedings, based on discussions / guidance from seniors.

3. Independently undertaking compliance assignments and interaction with clients.

4. Undertake tax office representation work especially representation before the Transfer Pricing Officer with minimal involvement of Managers / Directors.

Essential Critical Attributes

3.Sound Knowledge of basic Transfer Pricing regulations and working knowledge of advanced aspects of Transfer Pricing
