Associate/Specialist/Senior Specialist - Recruitment - BFSI

We are open to looking at the following categories of candidates for this role:

- Undergraduate/MBA Freshers from good colleges with a strong interest in Recruitment

- MBA from Tier 2 / Tier 3 colleges with 1-4 years of experience in Recruitments only and not any other HR area

- Bachelors with 1-3 years of experience in Recruitments only and not any other HR area

Based on the education and experience, they will be placed as Associate/Specialist/Senior Specialist. Also, please note that these roles are for D. E. Shaw and Arcesium so please update the candidates on that aspect too. Please speak to all these candidates and evaluate them before sharing them with us.

We are planning to have hiring events in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune so you can focus on any/all these cities.
