Associate Solution Architect - AWS

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and design/build cost-efficient, scalable AWS cloud-based solutions.

- Ensuring compliance with data security and governance policies.

- Responsible for adopting new cloud services and features for cloud operations.

- Communicate with stakeholders and build cloud applications to meet project needs.

- Keep cloud environments secure and prevent downtime or security breaches.

- Conduct Technical Reviews/Quality reviews.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

- 7+ years of experience working in AWS cloud related implementations.

- Must have Solution Architect Associate certification in AWS.

- Must have experience in designing and implementing scalable, resilient cloud solutions on AWS.

- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and microservices and operational challenges.

- Strong understanding of data security and governance policies.

- Expertise in AWS core services like VPC, Security groups, IAM, EC2, Lambda, S3, ELB, CloudWatch etc.

- Good knowledge in SQL and NoSQL database technologies especially AWS DB services

- Familiarity with using both the AWS Management Console and the AWS Command Line Interface (CLI)

- Knowledge in AWS Application Migration Services and experience in setting up migration process (discovery, setup, migration)

- Experience in EKS Setup and configuration/deployment of applications. Docker/Containerization/ECR

- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of implementing CICD platform using Jenkins or other AWS native services

- Proficient in any programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or Node.js

- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
