Title - Executive/Assistant Manager - Social Media
Location -Mumbai, India (Vikhroli office)
About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive/Assistant Manager - Social Media who will play a critical role in shaping and executing our social media strategy as an individual contributor to enhance brand awareness and engagement with US-based clients & audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including the implementation of new and existing social media channels to strengthen our brand's presence in the US market.
2. Campaign Plan, execute & Track: Create, monitor, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
3. Community Engagement: Actively interact with our followers across various social media platforms and online communities, such as Facebook, Twitter, Quora, and more.
4. Content Creation: Create unique and creative content in English for our social media platforms to engage our audience and convey our brand's message effectively using Canva or any other tool.
5. Channel Research: Research, analyze, and implement new social media channels to expand our reach and connect with diverse audiences.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams, including sales, HR, and others, to align social media efforts with broader company goals and initiatives including managing the internal communication/marketing platforms.
7. Audience Growth: Work to sustainably increase the number of fans and followers on our social media platforms.
8. Multichannel marketing: Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital channels including managing the company website, SEO, SEM, etc. for effectively communicating company strategies as and when needed.
9. Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, presenting data in an easily understandable format. Continuously analyze campaign performance and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
10. Creating offline content: Conceptualizing, creating, and collaborating with the sales team and vendors to ensure offline content is readily & timely available like flyers, gifting, etc
11. Consumer insights: Conduct research on market trends, target audiences, and competitors. Analyze the end-to-end consumer journey to drice engagement and conversions.
12. Lead generation: Proactively generating new leads, identifying decision markers, screening potential opportunities, and strategically pursuing deals that align with our business strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Postgraduate in marketing (MBA), communications science, media studies, or a related field.
2. Proven track record in a similar social media management role of min 5 years (IT Industry for US market preferred)
3. Excellent written and spoken English.
4. Strong passion for social media and the digital world with a keen interest in staying updated on new trends and innovative, creative ideas.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a structured manner.
