Our client is a global analytics services and solutions company. Our capabilities range from Data Visualization, Data Management to Advanced analytics, Big Data and Machine Learning. Our uniqueness is in bringing the right mix of technology and business analytics to create sustainable white-box solutions that are transitioned to our clients at the end of the engagement. We do this cost effectively using a global execution model leveraging our clients' existing technology and data assets. We also come in with some strong IP and pre-built analytics solutions in data mining, BI and Big Data.

Position Summary:

The role will include playing an active role in coordinating with clients to understand the business requirements. It would also involve coordinating with the offshore delivery teams and enable them to complete the required tasks in a timely manner.

You will be required leverage your technical skills and business acumen to appropriately engage with clients and provide thought leaderships in discussions with clients. The ideal candidate is deeply analytical and detail-oriented, but capable of thinking independently.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with business planners and decision makers to translate business questions into verifiable hypotheses and technical requirements

- Advocate for exploration of interesting data anomalies or patterns that may provide more explanatory detail about customer behavior or predictive value to the business

- Partner closely with business and technical teams to understand their project objectives and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations

- Ensures solutions are scalable, repeatable, efficient and effective

- Work hands-on on various analytics problems / development tasks and provide thought leadership on problems that we are working on

- Interact with offshore team on a daily basis to convey requirements and provide updates

- Be involved in the development of the company through pre-sales/operational support

- Provide expert recommendations to the product development team on best practices for salesforce setup and usage

- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream

- Possesses strong SFDC related technical skills and analytical/logical thinking, communication skills

- 4-6 years of Experience with Salesforce.com development (Apex, Visualforce, Web Services, SOAP/REST API) as well as Salesforce.com Administration (User, Roles, Profile, Workflows, Page Layouts, Validation rules, Field sharing and Security)

- Prior client-facing experience

- Experience with advanced SQL; experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets

- Excellent analytical, process design and problem solving skills
