Associate/ Sr Manager/ AVP Project Monitoring - with Leading Bank

Company: Corporate Finance team of a leading private sector bank

Reporting to: SVP - Project Finance - Investment Banking

Location: Mumbai

Requirements :

- Graduation: Any

- CA from a reputed firm /MBA from a premier Institute

- 7-12 years of relevant experience, with depth of transaction experience.

- Detail oriented (combination of technical and financial skills), hard-working, good communicator, self-starter, good relationship skills, solution orientation

Responsibilities:

- Close and effective tracking of physical and financial performance / progress of projects funded by the Bank, including close interaction with client project team, Lenders Engineer, regular site visits. Preparation and circulation of Monitoring Reports to internal and external stakeholders

- Monitoring of flows in Escrow / TRA accounts

- Early identification of any slippages (cost / time overruns) and timely & effective activation of suitable remedial measures

- Handling of consortium meetings and addressing requirements of consortium lenders

- Proactive tracking of periodic compliances required under Banks sanction terms or as per Bank's credit policy (deferrals / renewals) and getting them resolved within stipulated timelines

- Smooth and efficient takeover of account from deal team and appropriate relationship management with client and other counterparties involved (Credit, LIE, LLC, LIA etc)

- Demonstrate thorough understanding and command over the affairs of the assets allocated

- Assist deal team in sanction process by providing knowledge support through sector / industry research

- Assist debt syndication team through regular circulation of portfolio performance report to consortium lenders

- Handle database management and contribute to data lake creation for sector / industry of relevance
