About The company: It's a startup providing to Healthcare/ Life Sciences companies in India.They invest in and grow tech-enabled early-stage healthcare companies that are disrupting care delivery in the US and India.The team and advisory network comprise seasoned investors, physician leaders, technology experts, and healthcare operators in the US and India.
KRA's:
- As a part of Management responsible for identifying talent needs of the firm and creating a roadmap
- Executing and managing a portfolio of leadership searches in Financial Services space across Private Equity & Portfolio companies, Professional services, Investment Banking, Corporates and start-ups.
- Managing the entire gamut of operations viz-a-viz mapping, sourcing, execution and closure for various functions including Investing, Strategy, Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing, etc.
- Strategically identifying the market for talent mapping: Company pool and type of population and create a large pool of Digital Health Professionals and map their movements
- It will be an individual contributor role
Qualification & experience:
- MBA (HR) from tier-1/tier-2 College or relevant experience in similar domain
- A person who can hire/headhunt mid/junior roles but also navigate conversations with senior hires (CXO-level)
- Experience with recruiting for start-ups, healthcare companies, technology companies, VC funds, etc. is preferred
