Associate/Senior Associate - Structured Finance - Telecom

Job Designation : Associate/Sr. Associate - Structured Finance

Job Profile :

- Leading end-to-end execution of Structured finance - M&A and Capital Raising transactions

- Management of key client relationships

Profile requirements :

- 3 to 5 years of corporate finance experience in Structured Finance

- Experience of independently executing M&A, PE and structured finance transactions

- Should be well versed with preparing IM, doing valuation etc

- Should have experience in Indian market.

- Ability to manage client engagements independently

- Strong academic background with an MBA from a reputed institution or a CA qualification

- Cross-border M&A experience would be helpful (not necessary)

- Good analytical skills, Passion, commitment, orientation to excellence and fanatic client orientation
