Associate/Senior Associate - Statutory Audit/Financial Due Diligence - CA

Looking for candidates from Statutory Audit for Financial Due Diligence role with a global professional firm;

Support the marketing process through the preparation of pitch documents, presentations, and engagement proposals etc.

- Prepare data book and perform data analyses

- Perform due diligence procedures on the financial and business aspects Guide junior team members and report to the project manager

- Conduct research on the industry and accounting related matters Identify transaction issues

- Prepare high quality reports and other deliverable

- Develop lasting relationships with client, target company and other advisory executives Manage firms risk management policies

Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in due diligence Strong Excel skills
