Responsibilities
1) Overseeing the on boarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround
2) Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
3) Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organisation to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives and drive growth
4) Being hands-on with data, create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform
5) Working with the brands as well as internal marketing team to strategize and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic and transactions
6) Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organisation; expanding the product and brand portfolio
7) Maintaining a broad understanding of the brands P&L, revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decision-making
8) Staying updated on retail and digital trends.
Requirements
1) A decent understanding and/or a strong interest in the Retail/e-Commerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends
2) Prior experience with delivering projects in tight schedules
3) 3+ years of experience in Project Management
4) Good understanding of APIs and web technologies is a plus
5) Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
6) Strong stakeholder management skills
7) Good negotiation skills
8) Basic digital marketing understanding
9) B.Tech/BE background preferred
