Requirement:

- In-depth analysis of Income tax & its impact

- Strong India payroll experience, vendor transitions, India tax knowledge

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Sharp and have an eye for detail

- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint

- Maintaining confidentiality of information

- Good time management and multi-tasking skills

- Positive attitude and reliable

- Ability to present data/information in a simple and impactful manner to leadership

- Postgraduate with a Master's in HR/Finance is preferable.

- Exposure to Compliance

- Exposure to FinTech Firms is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

- India Payroll Processing-Payroll processing to ensure vendor accuracy for the India location.

- Vendor Management

- Compliance and Reporting

- Customer Service

- Identify and recommend improvements to payroll processes and procedures
