Senior Associate ( Will prefer candidates with Education from UK/USA)

We are India's foremost mentoring and alternate education firm was co-founded by alumni of Harvard, Northwestern, UVA, IIM-A and SRCC.

We work with our clients on a long-term basis to help them bridge the gap between schooling and relevant, real life skills . We do this through our flagship program Mentoring and Resources, which includes one on one mentoring support for students, seminars, and skill development workshops. We are constantly exploring new avenues to engage and inspire our young clients.

We attract outstanding graduates and several members of our management team are from leading global and Indian schools including Stanford, UVA, LSE, Brown, Duke, ISB Hyderabad, and Oxford among others. We are currently expanding our team and are looking to fill the position of a Senior Associate. The role is highly entrepreneurial and we have created a structure that aligns the interest of employees with the firms.

Key Responsibilities:

- As a senior associate, your primary role is that of a mentor. You will be assigned students from Grades 8-12. Grade 8 and 9 focus on essential soft skills such as reading, writing, public speaking, effective communication skills and organic profile development.

- During Grades 10-12, your focus deepens into tangible skills such as advised activities, community service, career-related goals and college applications.

- Your secondary role can vary from Marketing and Business development, to content and curriculum development, to heading a program, to teaching.
