Associate/Senior Associate/Manager/Senior Manager - Fund Raising - Financial Services Firm

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Arrange for meetings with potential investors and make presentations / pitches for company transaction and asset classes.

- Conduct regular follow - up calls and meeting with current / potential investors.

- Create deep relationships with investors and build a strong investor franchise.

- Market and place, company transactions with capital market investors.

- Ability to understand investment requirements, market feedback and communicate to the structuring team towards new structures.

- Networking within industry

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and documentation.
