Associate/Senior Associate - M&A/Private Equity/VC Transactions - Consulting Firm

A large consulting firm is looking to hire associates/ sr. associates for its Mumbai location. The candidate can expect front end deal and client exposure across M&A/ Private Equity/VC transactions in a lean team. The role offers huge growth prospect and learning across the entire deal cycle with client and investor interaction.

Position 1:

Associate (Transaction Advisory Services) :

1. The person should be a CA /MBA from a reputed college with excellent grades

2. At least 1 year experience in Investment Banking firm / Big4/ KPO preferred

3. Knowledge of conducting open ended secondary research to garner industry specific insights, assist in building valuation models and presentations

4. Excellent presentation/ power point skills a must to draft info memos, BD pitches

5. Good communication skills (both written and oral)

6. Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision

7. Accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills - preferred

Position 2:

Sr. Associate (Transaction Advisory Services)

1. The person should be a CA first attempt or a MBA from a reputed institute

2. 2-3 years- experience in Investment Banking firm / Advisory a must

3. Excellent financial modeling, research and presentation skills

4. Good communication skills (both written and oral)

5. Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision

6. Accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills - preferred ; Max fixed CTC that can be offered is INR 20L

Mumbai candidates and notice period of around a month or less preferred;
