Associate/Sr. Associate - M&A/ Private Equity

Leading Delhi based law firm is looking for a Partner for their M&A/ Private Equity practice.

- The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the law in addition to proven leadership qualities.

- The candidate must have a degree in law and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the M&A/ Private Equity practice area.

- Candidate will be expected to lead the practice and work independently with clients. Candidate with high levels of self motivation are preferred.

- Candidates will be expected to lead a team of lawyers and professionals associated with the practice.

- Candidates with prior leadership experience will be preferred.
