Associate/Senior Associate - Legal - Media & Entertainment Law - Law Firm - LLB/LLM

Who's hiring : A multi-city law firm specializing in IP and corporate services

Responsibilities:

1. The candidate must have transactional experience in music industry and digital media.

2. Must have extensive experience in media and entertainment related transactions including in relation to copyright in music, music publishing issues, content production and syndication, live events, artist management, due diligence of content acquisition, brand endorsements etc.

Required skill sets:

- Transactional work related to content acquisition, brand endorsements, content production, etc

Qualification : LLB/LLM
