Associate/Senior Associate - Investment Banking - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Haykala Management Company is currently recruiting for the Associate/Senior Associate position. Candidates with experience of 4-8 years in Investment Banking or Private Equity roles are invited.

The candidate should ideally be from Tier-1 Business Schools and should have completed his/her MBA or equivalent education. Excellent financial modeling skills and industry standard presentation delivery and communication abilities are expected. Prior exposure to investment & acquisition processes and end-to-end transaction closure experience from a buy-side or sell-side would be an added advantage.

Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia (the role typically involves intense business travel)

Summary of required skills and experience:

- MBA candidates having 4-8 years of work experience, professional certifications such as CFA would be an advantage (higher monetary compensation for the right candidate)

- Excellent in Corporate Finance, Valuation, Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Experience in financial modeling and ability to produce well designed PowerPoint presentations

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including advanced functions; VBA is an added advantage

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of tasks/ processes assigned

- Team player with good inter-personal skills and ability to work directly with senior members of the team
