Leading end-to-end execution of Investment Banking - M&A and Capital Raising transactions

Management of key client relationships

Deal origination

Candidate Profile:

3-6 years of corporate finance experience in an investment bank

Experience of independently executing M&A, PE and Investment banking transactions

Ability to manage client engagements independently

Strong academic background with an MBA from a reputed institution or a CA qualification

Cross-border M&A experience would be helpful (not necessary)

Passion, commitment, orientation to excellence and fanatic client orientation
