A botique Investment Banking firm is looking to hire an Investment Banker as Senior Associate :

Location: Mumbai

Role:

1. Performing financial analyses and valuation.

2. Conducting industry research

3. Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquistion targets

4. Preparing confidential information memoranda and managment presentation.

5. Interacting with senior bankers and clients'senior execution

6. Participating in new business meetings

7.Hosting visits by potential buyers at clients facilitices

8. Supporting senior banker during transaction negotiations.

9. Facilitating due delligence and transaction closing.
