Associate/Senior Associate - Corporate Finance

- It is a front-end role involving regular interaction with the clients and investors

- Executing a range of value-added tasks including but not limited to preparing pitch-books, investment memorandums, teasers, business plans, valuation models including DCF, trading and transaction comps, SOTP, etc.

- Build and maintain financial models from scratch.

- Provide high quality analysis on projects including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, driven benchmarking, and opportunity assessments through in-depth secondary research.

- Build and update sector databases and valuation tables in excel.

- Independently interact with the investors to know their investment preferences and pitch investment proposals to them

- Conduct micro and macro level industry/sector analysis, company and country profiles, identification of potential targets and buyers, macro-economic analysis, market and sector updates, capital structure analysis, ratings advisory etc.

- Provide data and analysis based on various client requests.

- Chips in toward running project timelines and quality of results in a manner to ensure "High Client Happiness".

- Be fluent in business related content writing.

- Train and Mentor analysts/freshers/interns in the team

Desired Profile:

- Should have excellent MS Excel skills to prepare financial models. Should be able to independently handle models

- Good report writing skills

- Strong business acumen

- Strong accounting and finance knowledge

- Strong communication skills (oral/written) with proven ability to interact with clients

- Ability to Manage 2-3 assignments independently

- Willing to work beyond working hours and weekends, if the delivery timelines demand

Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA(Finance)
