Key stakeholders: India Managing Director - Capital Markets, Senior Director - Capital

Markets (all offices), Bankers, Capital Markets execution team.

Direct reports: Individual Contributor

Duties & responsibilities:

What this job involves - The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Detailed financial analysis of Projects

- Pro Forma Cash Flow Preparation across Asset classes

- Query Resolution Support

To apply Must to have:

- Experience in conducting detailed Financial analysis of Projects

- Experience in Pro Forma Cash Flow Preparation across Asset classes

- Extensive experience in Financial Modelling

- Real Estate knowledge will be a plus

Additional Information:

Key skills:

- Financial Modelling

- Financial Analysis

- Real Estate Finance knowledge or Project Finance knowledge will be a plus

- Understanding of Financial statements will be a plus

- Handling numbers

Candidate specification:

- MBA or CA

- Education from top institutions & consistent Academics

- Additional qualifications like Law and CFA is a plus

- 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Worked as a Financial Analyst in Real Estate PE or Lender, Investment Banker, IPC

Required Qualification:

Masters - Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), in Other - Not Required Per/CGPA

Professional degree - CA/CWA, in Other - Not Required Per/CGPA
