Hiring for one of the Big 4 firm for Business Risk Consulting(BRC)-IA Role for Bangalore, Mumbai & Gurgaon location

Role- Associate & Sr. Associate (AM)

1. Consultants / Senior Consultants are supposed to execute mandates seamlessly and with high quality. This will envisage end to end engagement delivery including carrying out agreed approach and methodology, client interactions and support Manager/Director in reporting and final closure of the work to client's satisfaction and in lines to the signed agreement.

b. Ensure proper client stakeholder management as per agreed protocols.

c. provide operational level inputs to continuously improve clients risk management maturity through opportunities of consolidation, automation, standardization and optimizations.

d. Support Manager in executing administrative responsibilities for client delivery

2. Provide support to Partners/Directors in business development - in preparation of proposal and Point of view documents, conduct research, analytics etc.

3. Identify mining opportunities at the clients that they work for any Line of Service (LoS)

4. Continuous self-upskilling in Risk consulting areas and in various adjacencies and newer areas of Risk Consulting to stay relevant for the firm and clients

Education and Experience:

1. Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA (Finance / Systems), CPA, CIMA

2. 0-7 Years of experience in risk consulting, advisory

3. Must have experience in dealing with risk related solutions at clients

4. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills required

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

6. Ability to execute work programs independently.

7. Working knowledge of business processes in chosen industries like FMCG, BFSI, Manufacturing etc.

8. Basic knowledge of ERP systems - SAP/S4, Oracle

9. Ability to adapt to Digital / Analytics thinking - added advantage

10. Global exposure is an added advantage
