Associate Segment Head - Motor Underwriting- Commercial Vehicle (CV)

Analytics & Pricing:

1. Portfolio analytics to increase the profitability and churn out non-profitable pockets for CV.

2. Strategic inputs to improve profitability of the portfolio of CV

3. Building risk score cards and risk parameters to run CV Business profitability.

4. Market research of the new practices in insurance industry for CV.

5. Portfolio Pricing and New risk variable derivation for pricing of CV.

6. Interaction with Management team and giving suggestion on portfolio correct and new models build to look @ portfolio with a radical approach in CV Business.

Must have:

- Good understanding of numbers/analytics with a sense of business/risk.

- Good communication & coordination skills to interact & collaborate with multiple functions.

- Good presentation skills with ability to engage with seniors & making effective strategic recommendations.

- Reasonable knowledge of statistics & various analytical tools.

- Should be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to have:

- Knowledge of key concepts of Insurance and role of Analytics in driving business results.
