Associate - Securities Operations - IB

Securities Operations supports the Securities, Investment Management and Investment Banking Divisions of the firm. This group manages key relationships for the bank and infrastructure providers, onboarding of institutional and prime brokerage clients, and assists in the coordination of issuance of new financial products. Additional functions include settlement of trades, managing loans and borrow contracts, as well as handling a variety of asset servicing events.

Client Middle Office is a part of Securities Operations and supports the Equities and Fixed Income institutional desks with trade booking, confirmation, Prematching and fails management. The team is also responsible for exception detection, research, resolution and escalation of position & cash differences in client, broker and inter-company accounts. Additionally the team performs a number of support functions to facilitate soft dollar, commission sharing arrangements and directed brokerage business for 3RB New York and London desk. Client Onboarding is present in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangalore, London, New Jersey and Salt Lake City.

Basic Qualifications
