Ideal Candidate would be from an Asset Management Company

- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential distributors and family offices to expand the reach of PMS and AIF offerings. Also look at direct HNI and UHNI client relationships to market our in-house product offerings.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, family offices and HNI clients to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.

- Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our PMS and AIF products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

- Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to distributors on our products, investment strategies, and market insights.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as products, fund management and investment banking to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on PMS and AIF distribution.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
