Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets for the organization.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales plans, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to increase sales and profitability
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Forecast and present sales reports to management
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team
Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel as needed
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen and customer-oriented approach
Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
