Job Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will help identify, evaluate new investment opportunities and monitor their existing portfolio companies. To assist with these efforts, He will conduct financial analyses, develop financial models, and conduct industry and market research.

- Develop industry and market dynamics of Edu Infra and Industrial assets

- Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis

- Transactions documentation

- Drafting Information Memorandum's & IC Note's

- Asset Due Diligence

- Asset Management
