Associate Role - Finance - CA - BFSI

Looking for first or second attempt CA passout only with the following experience.

- Overseeing various financial functions such as financial reporting, banking & treasury, budgeting, financial planning & analysis

- Preparation of annual budgets / business plan and monitoring actuals against budget

- Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management.

- Liasioning with Banks / Financial Institutions for fresh fund raising and initiating discussions with respect to fresh facilities

- Preparation of data / information for sharing it with Banks/ Fund Houses such as proposal notes, CMA data/ business projections, notes for fresh borrowings for submission to the Banks/ Fund Houses

- Overseeing funds operations with respect to receipts and payments.

- Dealing with credit rating agency / Stock Exchanges / Security Trustees/ Debenture Trustees for submission of periodic information etc.

- Exposure to working in NBFC is mandatory
