Associate Relationship Manager - Wholesale Banking

Job Role : Associate Relationship Manager (ARM)

Location : Bangalore

Business Unit : Wholesale Banking (WB)

Job Purpose :

- Assisting RMs/SRMs on new client identification, credit notes, managing existing clientele portfolio, internal presentations, portfolio monitoring and MIS's in order to achieve overall budget/targets of the RMs/SRMs.

- Supporting RM's in maintaining credit hygiene of their portfolios by tracking principal/interest payments, LC/BG maturities/expiry and following up with the customers/other internal departments.

- The contribution is full circle from assisting RM/SRM in initial client meeting/cold calling new clients - to preparation of CAM and its approval- to documentation of limits - to onboarding of client - to disbursement of facility - and its subsequent continuous monitoring.

- Performing credit appraisal of clients (Domestic Banks) and analyzing factors such as income growth, market share, risks associated with business, industry, balance sheet analysis etc., across sectors.

- Liaison with Credit Risk, Compliance to get the credit memo approved internally

- Efficiently (through guidance) managing a portfolio of corporate clients thereby helping RM, SRM/organization to achieve its target/goal.
