Associate RM- Structured Finance

Job Description :

- Manage and work closely with Sr Key account manager on all deals across sectors e.g. sponsor Lending, Real Estate, Holdco financing and Large ticket Balance Sheet lending

- Assist in closing credit approvals and facilitate underwriting, due diligence and research on each deal.

- Execution of proposals viz obtaining credit approvals, negotiating term sheets, disbursements & documentation

- Analyzing prospect lists and prioritizing business development opportunities to achieve assets and profit growth target
