Associate Relationship Manager - SME Group - Bank

Position Title : Associate Relationship Managers - SME Group

Business Group : SME Group

Purpose of the Job : Support the Relationship Managers in exploring business opportunities in companies handled by them

Grade : Manager

Key deliverables :

- Product structuring : i.e. assisting the Relationship Managers in structuring deals so as to mitigate risks and enhance the credit rating.

- Credit Appraisals : Preparing proposals and ensuring that they meet the high quality norms and also representing the case at appropriate forums for approval

- Portfolio monitoring : Monitor the quality portfolio to ensure that the portfolio quality remains above the acceptable level.

- Independent Portfolio : Depending upon the seniority, the Associate Relationship Manager shall also be given his/her independent portfolio.

Key skills :

- Good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organisation and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.

- Good credit knowledge for deal structuring and knowledge of various products including Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury and General Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.
