Associate Relationship Manager - Financial Institution

Role : Associate Relationship Manager (FIG)

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 5+ Years in managing Financial Institutions relations and Credit portfolio.

Job Role :

- Assisting RMs/SRMs on new client identification, credit notes, managing existing clientele portfolio, internal presentations, portfolio monitoring and MIS's in order to achieve overall budget/targets of the RMs/SRMs.

- Achieving the overarching organizational objective of higher return, fast churning balance sheet along with a healthy base of funding source.

- The contribution is full circle from assisting RM/SRM in initial client meeting/cold calling new client - to disbursement of facility - and its subsequent continuous monitoring.

- Performing credit appraisal of clients (FIG) and analyzing factors such as income growth, market share, risks associated with business, industry, balance sheet analysis etc., across sectors.

- Liaison with Credit Risk, Compliance to get the credit memo approved internally

- Loan disbursement & documentation function including liaison with legal, compliance, other teams.

- Supporting RM's in maintaining credit hygiene of their portfolios.

- Assisting Senior Relationship Managers on new client's meetings, internal presentations and MIS's.

- Handling various legal, compliance, Audit observations aspects of the proposals.

- Creating and developing client relationships that results in tangible results.

- Visiting clients to improve business relationship with them

- Proactively understanding & assisting RMs/ SRMs in preparation of business/account plans, target client identification.

- Plant visit, regularly interacting with clients, external rating analysts and maintaining call reports

- Analyzing quarterly financial performance, stock statements, stock audit reports and highlighting trends and deviations

- Efficiently (through guidance) managing a portfolio of corporate clients thereby helping RM, SRM/organization to achieve its target/goal.
