About the Company :
Resource Bridge (RB) is a 16-year-old executive search firm founded by two professionals. Over the years, RB has acquired a marquee set of clients and has offices at Mumbai and Chennai. We work on the 1cr plus, CXO and CXO-1 levels only.
Plans are afoot to open offices both within India and select cities outside, in addition to pursuing partnerships as a means of growth. Plans also include starting new business lines around HR consulting, Board Hiring and Compensation & Benchmarking services. The firm has strong growth plans and expects to be about 10+ partners with about ~50 strong staff.
About the Role :
- The firm has a very flat structure - Associates, Principals, Engagement Managers and Partners, and we are looking to hire Associates for our office at Mumbai.
- Associates are responsible primarily for Delivery and will increasingly own the entire delivery value chain, from search to client management. As a first year Associate, your role will be as follows:
- Understand the client mandate and develop a target list of - candidate pools and target companies, in discussion with the Principal and Partner
- Carry out search on internal database and external portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, to identify the list of candidates to be spoken to
- Carry out detailed conversation with the identified candidates and take a call on whether to table them or not, in consultation with the Principal
- Liaise with clients to understand shortlist and help the process move forward. Please note that not all first year Associates may get to handle clients
The role calls for strong teaming skills, as it would require it to work closely with the Principal on a day-to-day basis.
By the end of which as an Associate, you should be capable of handling a mandate end-to-end with no/minimal supervision and ensuring high degree of closure.
