Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates.
- Proactively source and attract passive candidates with relevant skills and experience.
- Efficiently screen and shortlist candidates based on pre-defined criteria.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify potential candidates for hiring manager consideration.
- Manage the interview process effectively, scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage the recruitment workflow and candidate data.
- Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports and metrics.
Qualifications :
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
