- Various aspects of the Revenue terms and laws. Knowledge of revenue documents Setwar/RSR, Pahani/Adangal, IB register, Pattadar Pass Book, FMB and Title Deed like Khasra, Chesal and theie significance

- Issues relating to nature of Assigned Land, Patta lands, Inam Land, zoning regulations, classification and use of land etc,

- Knowledge of devolution of rights and implications of ULC issues, issues relating to Protected Tenants, consequences of conservation zone, existence of streams, nala, evacuvee property, implications of minor rights in properties

- Knowledge of Transfer of Property Act and the issues relating to devolution of immovable property.

- Ability to prepare Title Due Diligence Report.

- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines is necessary.

- Ability to interact with staff from multiple departments.

- Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills are required.

- Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations

- High attention to detail.

- Proven background on corporate law. Excellent knowledge and understanding of law and procedures.

- Ability to prepare legal documents.

- Working with a sense of integrity and confidentiality.

- Excellent drafting skills. Ability to work individually or in a team.

- A critical thinker and good problem-solving ability.
