Associate Project Manager/Project Manager, Supply Chain & Operations

Role Title : Associate Project Manager (or) Project Manager, Supply Chain & Operations

Function : Operations

Reports To : Sr. Manager, SCM

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes (What the Person needs to accomplish in the role ) :

- Develop Detailed Project Plans for Various Initiatives through Cross Functional Team Collaborations.

- Define Complexities Impacting the Supply Chain and Operations Project and Identify Mitigating Strategies to Significantly Benefit the Project Deliverables and Timeline.

- Setup and Drive Weekly Project Meetings to Ensure Activities are proceeding according to Plan and any Risks or Challenges is Identified, Triaged and Resolved in Advance.

- Evaluate Impact of Project on Key Supply Chain Functional Processes and Engage with the Functional Teams to ensure changes, if any, are incorporated in their SOP's and Business Processes.

- Present updates to Executive Management (and/or) Project Sponsors regarding Project Status, Risks, Challenges to Timeline.

- Lead and Influence Cross Functional Team Members towards Conflict Resolution, Deliverable Progress.

- Regularly Document Project Status Summaries, Maintain Risk Registers and Record Retrospective Lessons Learned in Each Operations Project.

- Establish Metrics to Define the Project Success, Ensure Defined Targets are Obtained and Any Gaps are Investigated Deeply with a Root Cause Corrective Action Mindset.

- Effectively Institute Project Close Procedures, to ensure Seamless Transition into Operations.

Qualifications : Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behavior) and Experience :

Minimum Qualifications :

- BE, TIER 1 or 2 Institute, with 70% throughout. MBA Preferred.

- 5-7 years experience (for Associate Project Manager),

- 8-10 years experience (for Project Manager) role in Functional Supply Chain Roles, with at least 2-3 years of Project Management Experience.

- PMP Certified will be a Strong Advantage.

- JIRA Knowledge is Preferred.
