Associate Project Manager - Online/CATI/CAWI Research
Must have skills, experience, and qualification :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing Online/CATI/CAWI projects (managing primary research projects) for 9-12 months.
- Experience in client management, preparing project plans, sharing project updates, and other client communication from time to time.
- Working on client deliverables (research output/data files - level 1 review), checking data quality to identify pattern responses, duplicity, quality of open-end responses etc.
- Flexibility with work timings and prior experience in managing/working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Collaborate with internal teams/external vendors like survey programming, data quality, panel management and others for project execution.
- Team management experience.
- Minimum Qualification - Graduation
Job description :
- Execute and manage Online/CATI/CAWI projects and work closely with the Delivery Lead/Manager for successful and timely delivery of the primary research projects. This would involve managing multiple projects concurrently and tracking progress daily.
- Prepare project execution plans, quality checklist for data review, and other project related documents as and when needed.
- Interact with the client for project briefings, understand the project requirements, weekly check-in calls, sharing project progress updates, closure calls etc.
- Collaborate with the internal teams and stakeholders to execute projects. This would include daily communication and interaction with the survey programming, data quality, data processing, panel management teams.
- Working closely with the Delivery Lead/Manager to review the output and finalize for client delivery using Excel/SPSS. Need to work in accordance with the project specifications, the project SOW (statement of work), and the execution plan.
- Work with the Team Leaders/Senior Research Associates to brief the team on the projects, drive and manage performance, conduct team meetings, individual feedback sessions, and drive employee engagement.
- Be able to multi-task in a high pace and deadline driven environment with being flexible in terms of availability/work timings to address the client needs and any ad-hoc requirements.
Key responsibility areas/Performance indicators (not limited to) :
- Client interface/ Client satisfaction scores (C-SAT) - Responsible for client communication and engagement once the client is introduced. Client feedback/ satisfaction is measured through NPS survey sent at the end of the project and through regular feedback discussions with account manager/sales).
- Seamless execution and delivery - Demonstrate strong project management skills. Hands-on ability to execute projects that includes planning, set up, testing, liaison with internal teams, and coordination. Delivery includes quality output that can be a test link, data file, survey data, output in predefined format as agreed upon etc.
- Adherence to project timelines - Meeting timelines set at project start and as agreed upon with the client. Measured through planned versus actual deviations.
- Volume of projects executed - Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects running concurrently. This is measured through number of projects assigned/ revenue generated.
- Peer feedback - Feedback from other departments such as survey programing, data processing etc.
- Process improvement/Initiatives undertaken - Additional responsibilities undertaken and/ or effective contribution towards process/performance improvement.
