Associate Project Lead - Liability & Synergy

Role Details :

1. To work closely with Head - Liability Program & Synergy and BU Heads to create BU-wise plans on liabilities business and support in execution to deliver a robust, sustainable, retailized and diversified Liability franchise

2. Leverage Bank's product/channel capabilities to enhance product penetration across clients & RMs

Key Responsibilities of role:

1. Co-create and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives on the back on data-driven insights along with champions in order to drive CA (via diversification), individual SA and retail TD

2. Benchmark IBL across internal & external metrics and develop insights with key opportunity areas for the bank; Provide relevant insights for C-suite / leadership discussions on future action points

3. Evaluate IBL's performance w.r.t. historical trends and with the set targets (QoQ & YoY) - provide solutions to the leadership for strategic actions, along with respective BU & its champion

4. Prepare & communicate the BU-wise budgets, along with the strategic direction; Performance benchmarking and take necessary steps to support BU in achieving their targets

5. Generate regular data inputs across BUs & products and regularly support in data-driven decision making for the PBLG & Synergy team

6. Identify potential opportunity areas through internal assessment & peer group benchmarking / market best practices

7. Ensure targeted initiatives basis BU & product-wise performance evaluation against set targets across:

Core CA, Individual SA, LCR, OSMOS, Synergy:

- Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, trend analysis & use external information to identify opportunities; support product teams thru emerging trends & peer benchmarking to build Product Vision & Strategy for liability products.

- Support Head - Liabilities Program & Synergy in driving the overall objective of liability Granularization and retailization

- Essential requirement: 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services Domain

- Preferred: 5-7 ears of experience in Strategy Consulting/ Business Planning/ Program Management roles in Banking, BFSI space

- Essential Requirement: MBA/PGDM

- Preferred: MBA/PGDM from Tier I B School + B.Tech. from NIT/IITs
