Job Description:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients in project finance.

- Provide strategic financial guidance throughout project lifecycles.

Financial Analysis & Due Diligence:

- Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence on project proposals.

- Evaluate feasibility, market conditions, and recommend financing structures.

Structuring & Negotiation:

- Structure financing solutions and prepare detailed proposals.

- Negotiate terms aligned with risk and profitability targets.

Credit Assessment & Risk Management:

- Assess creditworthiness of borrowers and projects.

- Mitigate risks through guarantees, collateral, and risk-sharing.

Relationship Management:

- Collaborate with credit, legal, and compliance teams for deal execution.

- Engage with external partners to facilitate project execution.

Portfolio Management & Monitoring:

- Monitor project finance portfolio performance.

- Conduct reviews, identify risks, and present reports to senior management.
