Associate Project Analyst/Business Analyst

- Business analysis and Project Management experience, CDD/AML/KYC, requirement gathering, good communications, stakeholder management, ability to understand technology and technical issues, good team player

- Knowledge and experience in Project lifecycle management, business requirement analysis & Change Delivery - CDD/AML/KYC domain is preferred

- Knowledge & experience of P3M Methodology, Agile Ways of Working, Design & Delivery methods & tools.

Candidate needs to fulfill following activities, but not limiting to:

- Supports the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan group requirements

- Capture, validate and document business and system requirements and make sure that they are in line with key strategic principles and translated from business operations, business objectives or from external requirements and handle AML/KYC/CDD related project.

- Stakeholder management experience is must with good communication skill
