Job Overview:
We are looking for a mid-level Associate Program Manager to join us Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple programs that align with our company's strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of program management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure programs are executed successfully.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders internally and externally.
- MBA from Tier 1 Institute is mandatory
- Proficiency in problem-solving to identify and resolve complex issues that may arise during program execution.
- Excellent analytical thinking ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in program planning and execution.
- Experience in data analysis for the purpose of measuring program success and identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven expertise in program management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and all project stakeholders.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed.
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams to identify and address variances from the project plan.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, ensuring that project information is distributed in a timely manner.
- Analyze program risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues proactively.
