- Support sales pitches as and when required
- Identify process improvement opportunities and undertake PI projects
Education: Must be a graduate
Experience: 8+ years of total experience
- Must have experience to manage large 50+ FTE team
- Must have International Telecom Voice BPO experience
- This is a permanent Night Shift
- Working from office is mandatory
