Our client is looking for Associate Program Manager. The person will be working for a well-funded EdTech firm, founded in 2011 by IITians, which is primarily interactive online tutoring platform where teachers provide school tuitions to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment that is a technology built in-house. It operates on a marketplace model for teachers, where students can browse, discover and choose to learn from an online tutor of their choice.
Resposibilities:
- Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and monthly goals.
- Plays a significant role in reporting and implementing change control processes.
- Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Collaborates with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution
- Addressing operational concerns and issues
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
- Synchronizes process improvement plans with other process owners within the value chain and other interfacing processes.
- Monitor internal controls and make recommendations as needed.
- Reduce process errors, improve process results
- Monitor and measure the benefits of post process implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, and improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management
- Proficient in Excel, Google sheets
Experience required: 1-4 yrs.
