Founders Office Associate Program Management
What we are looking for :
- We are seeking a rockstar Founder's Office Associate - Program Management with extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team and support the Founder's Office in managing key company-wide initiatives and programs. In this role, you will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage projects, and ensure that our company is executing on its strategic priorities.
- You will play a critical role in The Yarn Bazaar's transition from a start-up to a scaleup and be a key role in this hyper-growth journey.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive cross-functional initiatives and programs
- Manage key company-wide projects from start to finish, including scoping, planning, and execution
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure that they are executed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply, demand, supply, customer success, supply chain, product, and marketing, to drive successful project outcomes
- Track and report project status and risks to the Founder and leadership team
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
- Support the Founder and leadership team in special projects and initiatives as needed
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to the founder
- Manage the founder's calendar and schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support for the founder, including managing emails, drafting correspondence, and organizing files
- Attend meetings and events with the founder, and represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Skills & Qualifications :
- MBA or B.E./B.Tech or Bachelor's degree from a tier-1 school with 0-3 years of experience
- Experience working in the Founder's office in a fast-paced hypergrowth startup preferred, experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Strong project management skills, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution, with some experience in program management, project management, or related role preferred - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct research and provide strategic recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for startups and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks to support the success of the company
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Strong data-driven mindset capable of analysing massive amounts of data, analysing performance using metrics
- Proficient in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or JIRA
