Associate Program Director/Delivery Leader - Data & Analytics Practice

Position: Delivery Leader

Experience: 15 + Years

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida Bengaluru.

- Drive the delivery of the entire Data & Analytics practice globally with metrics driven growth and operations

- Be key stakeholder in overall growth of the practice

- Work with multiple VBU team to plan and work on growth of Data & Analytics practice from time to time

- Responsible for global operations of Data & Analytics practice

- Participate in strategy and direction for the practice

- Plan and execute key initiatives with respect to team building, team skills upgrades in collaboration with competency team and other team building activities

- Review solutions to ensure seamless delivery for the same

- Provide delivery led growth for the key accounts which would be focus as per the plan

- Enable key leaders in the various accounts with growth levers

- Manage the pyramid of the entire practice with respect to skills and experience levels

- Manage and Improve margins with respect to the improvements plan for the year

- Connect and work with key stakeholders in accounts identified as growth as well as critical important accounts

- Plan for resource ramp up on quarterly and yearly basis

- Work with operations team within Birlasoft for driving plan and execution of revenue growth, actual billing on quarterly and yearly basis

- Participate in appraisals for data & analytics resources in collaboration with VBU

- Work with Program Managers for driving growth in key accounts

- Manage trainee recruitments and mentoring within the team, Risk Management, Critical

Performance Planning and other key metrics driven activities within practice

- Partner with recruitment team to enable scaling of the practice with recruitment strategy and execution
