Associate Product Marketing Manager - B2B

- We're looking for a high-agency Product Marketing Manager to join our growing product marketing team. This is a highly cross functional role with significant influence across marketing, sales, product and executive teams.

- A successful candidate in the PMM team is a powerful voice of & for the customer, and a strategic marketer who is comfortable driving initiatives that will impact our business goals.

- You will partner with product teams to shape the product roadmap, and work closely with sales and marketing to refine our messaging and positioning. Your efforts are central to our go-to-market strategy and product launches, as we enter new markets with a value proposition that resonates with our audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, and Design to develop content and collaterals for new features, use-cases, industries.

- Craft messaging that captivates, educates, and converts in the form of positioning, sales collateral, decks, competitive battle-cards, case studies, videos- and more.

- Align marketing programs with our ICPs and pipeline to acquire and move new prospects of all sizes through the sales cycle to closed/won.

- Proactively thinking of ways to unblock sales, considering enhancements in sales enablement, competitive research & analysis, and clearer messaging and positioning

- Advocate for our existing and prospective users, be informed about their challenges and ambitions, and become the go-to expert for our audience

Desired Skills and Experience:

- You have minimum 2 years of experience in PMM or Growth Marketing or Content Marketing role in B2B SaaS

- You have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

- You can manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various work streams on track

- You excel in fast-paced environments, seamlessly working with dynamic sales teams and effortlessly shifting from high-level strategic planning to the intricate details that ensure perfection

- You hold yourself and your team to the highest standards of excellence & integrity.
