Associate Product Manager - Startup

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Founders, Department heads and stakeholders to learn about our products and help set the long-term vision and strategy for them.

- Do the competitive analysis and market research in a timely manner.

- Partner and collaborate with the engineering and product design teams to design and build the platforms and applications

- Interpret and prioritize business needs across various stakeholders group

- Document requirements as per the industry standard templates

- Define success metrics, track data and enhance product features through data.

- Be the perfect liaison between the engineering teams and the business teams

- Work together with engineers on an Agile Scrum team to plan and execute project outcomes

- Expectation setting with the management teams w.r.t. timelines and efforts

Requirement:

- Passion and the attitude to learn new things is a must

- Degree in business, science or engineering

- Analytical and critical thinking is a must

- Exceptional independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with others and to work in a fast-paced environment

- A record of delivering initiatives from concept through completion

- Ability to drive execution, staying ahead of dependencies, making smart trade-offs, coordinating dependencies, and maintaining communication throughout the organization

- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management
