Associate Product Manager - PharmaSecure

PharmaSecure is recruiting Associate Product Manager based in its Gurgaon, India office.

Overview of Role

- The Associate Product Manager will be an integral part of the the Product Management team and will have a very critical role in the development of PharmaSecure’s product line. He / she will assist in the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with technical, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

- He/she will also be responsible for operations related to the life cycle management of all segment products.

Responsibilities

- Updating technology team on upcoming products and market scenario

- Writing detailed product concept notes that adequately describe the functionality and rationale of any product

- Fulfilling responsibilities as defined in the product development process, including all documentation needs

- Signing off before release of any product

- Describing product features in a product release note

- Monitoring quality of products and user experience

- Tracking metrics that indicate proper functioning of products

- Addressing any issues immediately to maintain quality

- Publishing status reports and metrics on a monthly basis

- Liaison with Technology Operations team to ensure issue resolution

- Managing third party service providers including call centres and other health care service provider.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in product management preferably in IT sector.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- BE / B. Tech. (MBA preferred)

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Excellent attention to detail, quality and control.
